Patricia Katrina V. Fernandez

Tricia is the Director for Training. She previously worked with IBM Business Services Inc. in the area of payroll outsourcing. As part of the ACORD staff, has been involved in several projects in the area of research and training including competency assessments, training needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitation of ACORD’s public courses in training and development. She is a graduate of Ateneo de Zamboanga University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She is currently completing her MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
