Emerald D. Ilac

Erald is the Program Officer for Research of the Ateneo CORD, involving him in several projects on research and leadership development across different organizations. His professional career included working as a manager over the past ten years in various food institutions such as KFC Philippines, Gloria Jeans Coffees and Seattle’s Best Coffee. He also worked as marketing officer for Kenny Rogers Roasters, and most recently, as a cluster manager for Netopia under the ePLDT Group. He is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in AB Psychology, and is currently taking his Ph.D. in Leadership with a Major in Organizational Development in the same university.
