WHO WE ARE
Ateneo CORD takes pride in being a part of the Department of Psychology which is a Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Center of Excellence. Consistent with the Department’s drive to excel, Ateneo CORD uses the latest research on human and organizational behavior to optimize both the individual skills of the employees and the structures and cultures they work in.
- Formerly called the Ateneo Human Resources Center (Ateneo HRC)
- Established in 1974 as the research and training arm of the Department of Psychology in the field of Industrial/Organizational and Social/Community Psychology
- Pool of faculty members, high-caliber consultants and graduate students who are grounded in both theory and practice
