The Learning Design and Evaluation Program is designed to develop the competencies of HR professionals, managers an
d trainers in designing and evaluating development programs in their organization.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to:
- Develop a strategic training and development plan.
- Develop a program design and evaluation plan.
